Everything you need to know about how your order ships safely and on time.

1. Scope

This Shipping Policy applies to all purchases made through Tapo.com.my and other official platforms operated by Akdapur Sdn. Bhd. (SSM No. 202501028349).

2. Shipping Coverage

Tapo ships exclusively within Malaysia, covering both Peninsular and East Malaysia.

3. Processing Time

Orders are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days upon successful payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays.

4. Delivery Services

Standard deliveries are made via J&T Express and DHL eCommerce. For urgent deliveries within Klang Valley, Lalamove may be used on a case-by-case basis.

5. Shipping Charges

Shipping fees are calculated based on package weight, dimensions, and delivery location. Charges will be displayed at checkout before order confirmation.

6. Order Tracking

Customers will receive a tracking number via email or SMS once the order has been shipped. Tracking can be done via the respective courier's website.

7. Risk of Loss

All risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to the customer upon delivery to the address specified during the order process.

8. Delivery Issues

In cases of non-delivery, damage, or loss during transit, customers must contact Tapo within three (3) days from the expected delivery date.
